Deluxe Plan – $19.99/mo or $240/year
The Basic Plan plus Dryer Vent Cleaning, Ceiling Fan Cleaning, Bathroom Exhaust Fan Cleaning, Winterize Exterior Hose & Condenser Unit 
 

Deluxe Plus Plan – $24.99/mo or $300/year
Includes: The Basic & Deluxe Plans plus Gutter Cleaning, Refrigerator Filter Replacement, Smoke Detector Replacement, Carbon Monoxide Detector Replacement (Only Labor to Install – Material Needs to be Provided)  
 

Patinum Plan – $29.99/mo or $360/year
Includes Everything plus one Yearly Carpet Cleaning (up to 2500 sq feet) 

Important Plan Details

*All Plan Services are Performed Quarterly (we come out every 3 months) and Billed Monthly.
*Only Standard Stock Air Filters, lightbulbs, batteries, etc. are Included in plans.
*Plans are 12 Month Subscriptions and can not be Cancelled until 1 full year is paid.
*Plans will Renew Automatically unless we are Notified.
*We hold the right to Increase plan prices on a annual basis on the Renewal Period with proper Notification.
